In the interest of individual and community health during this pandemic, the Quechee/Wilder Libraries are following state guidelines. These include the following that have been amended appropriately throughout this time:
*Hours are slightly shorter for now, and capacity at each site is monitored.
*Masks and social distancing are required at all times within the libraries.
*No one feeling ill with cold symptoms or a temperature should enter.
* We request frequent use of our supplied hand sanitizer.
*Spaces have been adapted for social distancing and some of our favorite pastimes such as the chess board and puzzles are tucked away.
*Children in second grade and younger must be accompanied by a caregiver.
*Our many discussions are offered in the hybrid combination for a choice of attending in person following our protocols or by Zoom.
*During the warmer months windows will be kept open. For the cooler times, we added air filtration units to the libraries.
*Pick up bin service at both sites remains available as an option.
