Senior Exercise at Wilder Club & Library

Growing Stronger, Living Longer: Strength and Balance Exercise
Mondays and Wednesdays 9a.m.-10a.m. @ Wilder Club & Library
Led by Gail Schaal (Certified Senior Fitness Instructor). Starts April 4th. $1 donation per session is appreciated to cover refreshments immediately following. Please carry in dry workout shoes,  Enjoy air conditioning on the hot days….and access to the library to stock up on books and dvds.
